Tom Cruise Action movie would normally be a huge Hollywood event - a guaranteed hit. These days, however, people are not so sure. Cruise's career has its bright and - more recently - the Downs, and many are carrying on the success of his new film, Knight and day. Not only for him, either, but for the whole business model of blockbuster Star-powered.
